A boot camp was held for journalists on Understanding and Investigating Disinformation in Murree which was attended by 14 journalists. The bootcamp focused on teaching the journalists the basics of countering digital mis/disinformation, including using free tools and visual clues etc, and touches upon the key principles of sourcing credible digital information, and providing them key technical skills to investigate organised misinformation using various tech-based approaches, including through domain ownership information queries, and social media analytics.
